One of our key roles is responding to members’ enquiries on a wide range of issues including new legislation, legal compliance, staff training and customer service. The CCA team is always available during office hours to take members' calls, answer questions or give advice.

Code of Practice

By being CCA members and complying with our Code of Practice, companies demonstrate their commitment to providing outstanding service to their customers. The Code can also be used to help resolve disputes.

Legislation Monitoring

The CCA's Law Committee tracks all changes to UK and EU law and keeps members up to date with new legislation.

The CCA's regular emails and enewsletters help keep members in touch with the latest industry guidelines and issues.

APR & Early Settlement

Members can contact the CCA office to check APRs or calculate early settlement rebates.
